用win，IIS部署下，后台导入内容TXT成功后，html或者后台都是展现乱码，而不是正常内容，请问哪里问题，听说是编码问题，但是不怎知道怎么设置

txt文件默认不是utf8编码的，需要先将txt文件转换为utf8，可以通过notepad的另存为，在另存为的窗口下面选择utf8编码。
