新装的7.3.1 ，点击进入管理后台后，地址栏显示 http://localhost:8080/ss-admin/error/?uuid=99df0034-344e-4945-8579-cfabde2dcf1e，然后就没反应了。哪里设置的不对吗？也没什么提示

看看是不是.net8没有安装导致的，可以用命令行进入系统根目录，运行dotnet SSCMS.Web.dll，看看能不能正常启动。
