[BUG] 用户管理中，审核、设置为主管、锁定都会抹去用户密码 #3827

v7.3.1，在用户管理中，如果用户注册时已经上传密码。那么在对用户进行审核、主管设置、锁定这些操作之后，都会从数据库中删除用户的密码，导致用户无法正常登录。

去查看了数据库，密码和密码状态都会因为上述三个操作改变。这三类操作都从api，/actions/set里操作，疑似在获取用户数据时，并未拿到密码相关信息，因此在更新之后发生丢失。
