No markdown rendering on OpenAI chat playground

This looks like a really capable plugin; I love the many options it has. Is there any way to make it possible to render the markdown on OpenAI's chat playground?

Currently the extension can render Markdown documents only, meaning a URL or file address serving a markdown content. While technically you can setup your origin's Path Matching RegExp to match https://platform.openai.com/playground/chat, that page itself does not serve a Markdown document. There is no notion of searching for a Markdown content within a web page.
