I can not register (re-register?)

I have no any other phone at my hand right now to chain account so I trying to (re-)register and I can not. It is show me captcha, next it may circle it for a long time or may be solved quickly it is not matter. Next its show me looking for app in MS Store and next show me empty search request for signalcaptcha. SO I don understand about how to (re-)register with no Android or iPhone in other hand.

You need the CAPTCHA for Signal Private Messenger app in order to complete CAPTCHAs. The app was needed as a workaround to the non standard URL the CAPTCHA page redirects you to after completing the CAPTCHA.

I installed CAPTCHA for Signal Private Messenger but again it didn't work. I looked up code of CAPTCHA... and targetApplicationPackageFamilyName is not same as Signal Pr... FamilyName. Tried editing in visual studio 2019 but it can't open ".jsproj" so I rewrited this into C# UWP project and now when I complete captcha and being redirected to new captcha app it redirect me back to Signal with blank captcha page with refresh button. Is there fix for that?
