possible library issues with SaGa

Hello!
Spent a few hours debugging my version of the tool. once I brute forced an install of python 3.10 (3.13 throws errors with every command not just extract), i ran into this string of errors when attempting to extract the Collection of SaGa:

seems like its Pipx being updated, or some libraries not existing anymore, could use some help
