native wallet evm networks not detected

Overview

Currently in production without clearing my cache, I am able to connect different native wallets, but I get prompted that no ETH wallet is connected.

Couldn't repro after checking out last commit before BIP44Params rework, importing a wallet there, and checking out develop

Which makes sense as

1. Accounts should still be present regardless, only signing would be affected
2. You wouldn't be able to add manually either

So there's definitely something else going on

I started a new browser session for testing elsewhere and can no longer reproduce the issue. I will keep an eye out for any reports of similar symptoms in support and escalate. Seems like it must have been a weird local issue.
