Add BSC chain support for longtail trades via PancakeSwap

Overview

We currently support the Ethereum chain via UniswapV3 as the only, hardcoded, DEX.

We want to upgrade the architecture to support many DEXs, the second of which will be PancakeSwap as it supports BSC (and so does THORChain aggregation).

A bonus here is that having this working will allow for much cheaper testing and faster iteration of the longtail functionality (e.g. we could test trading between BSC longtail assets and DOGE).

Acceptance Criteria

The THORChain swapper finds quotes from supported longtail BSC assets to L1s (or longtail, depending on the order in which this ticket is done).
