Unable to withdraw USDT on ETH from ThorChain Saver Vault

Overview

When trying to withdraw USDT on ETH from saver vaults, it says insufficient funds no matter what amount you enter.

References and additional details

1. Log into app.shapeshift and connect to native wallet (side note: cannot see usdt on eth as an option on MM)
2. navigate to Earn page and select USDT on ETH
3. Select Withdraw and enter amount
4. Note that it says "insufficient funds"

Should be able to withdraw USDT on eth from saver vaults.
