Using this script, how to disable usernames that exceeded their quota?

@sohrabp72 this script can set it, but cannot limit it because SE has no functionality to do so.
You need another script to check periodically if a user data exceeded the quota then disable them (e.g using contab)

unfortunately the SE RPC-JSON api is buggy and I stopped working on this script but a new one is being developed which uses "vpncm" rather than RPC API

Would be glad to use it at release, I'm in need of this functionality and also a web panel which makes managing the server possible on the go.
