Improving the subscription form

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• Customers cannot add additional parameters to their subscription form.
• There are no language parameters sent with the subscription, so customers cannot create language based automation workflows.
• Not possible to change subscription form placeholders text and button text.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Customer can create custom subscription form in addition to the main form.
• A language parameter is added to the subscriber when subscribing to the newsletter.

Additional comments
If possible, create an option to add Poptin or any other popup script to our widget, so customer can easily use a pop-up solution.

There are no language parameters sent with the subscription, so customers cannot create language based automation workflows.

Language parameter is included in the request (under the variable language), but maybe it is not populated properly. The value is taken from $this->session->data['language'].
