When opening a file that is already open in an editor, a second editor opens #14

Steps to reproduce:

Have at least one project in the workspace with a file that can be opened (e.g., a requirements model);
Double click that model to open an editor for it;
Double click that model again.

What happens:

Another editor for the same model will be opened.

What was expected:

The editor that had already been opened should be focused instead.
