The way we use and write JavaScript has changed as JS is now running everywhere. I'll walk you through a journey of how we think about JavaScript Authoring and Debugging in VS Code, and hopefully make the case for why VS Code should be your future choice of tool.

Hi @auchenberg -- I think we're actually going to get a speaker flying in for late June, and want to accommodate that.
Also, at MSFT Build, I ran into some of your msfty-co-workers @DanielRosenwasser & @bowdenk7 (if I've looked up github usernames correctly) so I was thinking of looking to late July / early August as a "TypeScript on Node.js" themed meetup with your talk + another one from the TS team. We usually do 2 x 20-25 minute talks, but as I'm guessing y'all work with each other, we're open to any format that works with the "around an hour or so" total speaking time allocation with questions after.
If that sounds workable, then I'll start looking for hosts + food sponsors and we can hone in on a date that works for everyone.
Finally, if email is easier to coordinate this, then pinging [email protected] is a great way to communicate with all the volunteer organizers at the same time.
