We currently don't have any tests set up for the ci-actions. At least for the docker containers, build tests could be added fairly easily by re-using the deploy actions on pull requests.

This will need more fine-grained control on when secrets are necessary (shouldn't be needed for build, so that tests can run on forks), and when a container is pushed vs built.
