We can add VSCode instructions with HTML tabs to supplement current existing IntelliJ instructions.

@UdhayaShan1 I don't want to start officially supporting multiple IDEs. However, I'm fine to add to here an unofficial 'community document' for students to share VS instructions. If you wish, you can send a PR to get it started by providing VS debugger info.
