Describe the problem

The first two rulings for Slight Malfunction are the two choices in the rules text with the first few characters deleted:

7/10/2022 y target artifact.
7/10/2022 six-sided die. When you do, Slight Malfunction deals 1 damage to each of up to X target creatures, where X is the result.
