Error connecting to server

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

1. Add server ip and rcon on webpanel
2. Configure plugin sourcebans in server and restart it
3. And error connecting

What happens?

What were you expecting to happen?

Any logs, error output, etc.?

No logs. No errors

Any other comments?

All function its works, but not info...
And webpanel can make connection

I’ll say right away that I need THIS VERSION of sourcebans, because I have a CS:GO project from 2015, and yes, everything is configured on it too and the plugin corresponds.

We don't provide support earlier version.
You also should be carefull on how running outdated PHP version can be dangerous.
