Is there a way to remove a node from the DHT

Is there a way to remove a node from the DHT? From what I can tell the only way is to set the expire time to a small value and then republish it every so often. I think bittorrent has a "dont have" that can be sent to notify peers that a node is no longer available. I have an instance where the resource identified by the node is gracefully removed and has the ability to notify peers that is it no longer available.

I think you can use NetworkEngine::blacklistNode. However, you must call it on each node.
