Seurat DESEQ2 output

Hi,

I used the https://satijalab.org/seurat/articles/de_vignette method to perform pseudo bulk analysis using Seurat. I noticed that DESEQ2's output includes pct (which it shouldn't technically). However, in my output, some of these pct's do not equal 1. I have pct = 0.03, but this doesn't seem accurate. Please let me know what you think.
