Incorrect mark of the new messages

Turpial marks new messages based on the previous messages count, but in most cases users don't look at the tritter agent each time new twitt arrived, but once per some time. And "new messages" is misleading in this case, because only messages arrived from the last sync is marked as new, instead of the messages which come since window got focus last time.
