createDir hangs if folder already exists #9

On Ubuntu 16.04

I would expect an error, but the process just hangs.

Test case:

let mktemp = require('mktemp')
mktemp
  .createDir('/tmp/hi')
  .then(function(path) {
    console.log(path);
  })
  .catch(function(err) {
    console.error(err);
  });
