This release is primarily a bugfix release. Major changes include:

* Now defaults to HTTPS. If you had been relying on the localhost defaults you
  will need to make use of the `-u` flag to set the URL.

* Slight refactoring to better serve as an importable and scriptable library.
  This change should be transparent to CLI users.

* Beginnings of groundwork for eventual Python 3 support.
