Add Auto Reconnect on the Lavalink Client

My Lavalink Always get disconnected after 1 hour, etc, so adding this feature would help

After a node disconnected, the bot tries to reconnect to that node every 10s

Alternative I can offer is poru lavalink client or erela.js
