[Web3Auth Safe Signer] Evaluate Web3Auth new alpha custom SDK

Context / issue

There is a new SDK to use web3auth that is much more convenient to integrate on the Core SDK. This new SDK should remove the complexity of getting different accounts.

Proposed solution

After the Web3Auth new SDK delivery we need to evaluate if it fits our needs. The status is alpha and no npm package is provided so the scope of this task should be:

• Evaluate the new SDK repo code
• Build the SDK locally and create a POC integration in the auth-kit (example app)
• Evaluate if the signers are deterministically generated given different client id's as it is our main requirement
• Align with Web3Auth team about the SDK features and behavior as it is alpha and no doc is provided

The expected outcome is a notion page reporting the evaluation result
