Add a Backup command to download backups from the API #223

Todoist provides a way to download backups as a zip file for Pro/Business accounts:
https://todoist.com/help/articles/backups

Request: Add a command to download these backups.

This command would be very useful for a CLI because a cron job could be used to schedule daily downloads of these backups.
