Does not create correct file permissions on Centos7

Just an FYI, this is not working with CentOS when creating for a user other than root. When the .ssh directory is created, it is given a permission of 775, where the sshd requires that the .ssh directory and .ssh\authorized_keys is only readable by the specific user.
