Some typos and suggestions on your book

Hey Glenn,
After reading the first 5 chapters of your Rails Deep Dive book, here are some suggestion I'd like to make you know:

page 31: require 'capybara/rspec'</code> code tag to be removed
page 34: there are no javascript files in Skeleton archive, just css and images
page 34: everywhere in "...Replace the contents of your ...file with the content here" - not clear where from 'here' the content should be copied. 
I suppose, you mean your GIT repo.
page 34: "Copy Figure 5.4 to your app/assets/images directory". The image is truncated and it is even impossible to copy it from the indicated PDF page.
