Support for finer increments in Quick Develop

When using the quick develop panel, you can hold down shift and the arrows will change slightly, indicating that you are now able to make finer adjustments. For example, instead of 1/3 stop exposure, you can make adjustments in 1/6 increments. This does not work with MIDI2LR currently, and there's no option to map the smaller increments either. It would be great if we could use the shift modifier or at least be able to map smaller increments to their own separate buttons.
