Filter by NED/SIMBAD images

Enable in the filter a checkbox to only plot output that has a corresponding NED/SIMBAD image.

I'll add a filter option in there show satellites that have images, but someone else is going to have to hook it up.
Or if someone adds a link into the filter div, I can style it.

It will actually be schedule data points that have images, not satellites.
Sushant is the right person for the required Mongo lookup.
