how to convert all bangla font like https://banglafonts.org/fonts/tonnybanglamj-regular

MY converter is only a thin shell around Adafruit's fontconvert tool and comes with some limitations. One of which is that you cannpt specify the beginning and starting code points. Even if you could, it only works if everything you want available is in one single range of code points.
