Can someone giove me a detailed explanation on how to download the server on windows 7?

Ce n'est pas possible sur Windows, et encore moins sur Windows 7. En effet les scripts du programme ne sont pas conçue pour Windows. Il y a une chance minime avec Windows 10 et le powerShell mais j'y crois peu. Il faut installer Linux sur ton PC et comme distribution, je te recommande Debian(si tu veux juste l'utiliser pour ta WiiU) sinon installe Ubuntu :)
