Need for a CI system

Since this repo will be added inside the robotology-superbuild robotology/robotology-superbuild#55 we need to implement a CI system (travis, appveyor,..) for preserving the functionalities of the module.

Some example configuration files are available in https://github.com/robotology/how-to-export-cpp-library , but @diegoferigo is working on some way to have an easy to have all the required dependencies available, so you may want to check with him abotu this.
