Very Slow

Yeah yeah, I know.. this is a Vagrant issue.. However, I usually fix this by switching to NFS.. I tried, but I always get permission errors on Magento installation.

I've tried chmod 777 recursively on my system and on the VM, and switching the apache user to vagrant too, as that's the owner of the folders/files, no change.

I'm running OS X El Capitan.

One way to workaround this issue is to switch session storage from File System to DB.
