Issue with php-snmp

SNMP is crapping out with the included MIB's

Cannot adopt OID in UCD-SNMP-MIB:

[jay-saint]

I fixed this in my fork of this project by removing php-snmp from line 16 of bootstrap.sh
If you already have your VM up and running follow these steps to remove it as it is not likely need for most dev environments.

• vagrant ssh
• apt-get remove php-snmp
