Google mail servers appearing in list despite whitelisting at http://www.dnswl.org/ #1

I got a bounce from a gmail message as follows:

550 Host 209.85.219.181 is listed at psbl.surriel.com as a spam source. Mail from this IP has been limited. For removal follow this link

IP address 209.85.219.181 is already whitelisted so I assume that shouldn't happen?
