Describe the bug
Hi, When both my phone and computer have Obsidian open, if I modify the note content on my phone, causing the ".tmp" file to be inconsistent with the computer, a "Rename image" dialog box will appear. This happens even if I just insert a blank line without adjusting any attachments.
I have managed to exclude the".tmp" file by using “exclude extension pattern”,but it didn't work.
Environments (please complete the following information):
PC: Windows
Phone: Meizu Flyme8.1.0
Syncthing: Both PC and Phone have Syncthing installed for real-time synchronization of notes in Obsidian.
