Add Field for Source of the image

Adding an optional field for the image source below the "new Name" field. The source is placed below the image as a caption.

• Why is this useful?
  This makes it easier to keep track of image sources and would be helpful with copyright issues if the vault is shared or published.

• Current Workaround:
  There are plugins to add captions to images, but you still need to do the extra step of adding the caption after pasting the image.
