User story

The user is creating data in another GIS, for example. Examples include GeoJSON, KML, CZML, Shapefile, etc. Since it is difficult to manually input these data from scratch, users want to be able to import their own files for easy use. This PBL enables data import from common GIS data formats and allows existing data to be handled in the CMS.
