Cannot run program service: No such file or directory

For distributions where /sbin is not in PATH for regular users, tuned-gui, in Daemon tuned is not running. dialogue when Turn On is pressed produces an error and do not start tuned.

$ /usr/sbin/tuned-gui
Cannot run program service: No such file or directory
...a lengthy Python Traceback output...

It seems there is plain call to pkexec service tuned start and pkexec reports the error.

Could this be fixed in upstream?
