"return to normal life" creates return -0-> life instead of return <-1- to -2-> life #17

This is what I tried in the demo: "Biden sets bold timeline for a return to normal life"

@recski currently we handle nmods with 0 edges. We dont handle X -nmod> Y -case> TO as X<1-TO -2> Y

oh I see, I didn't know it was an nmod, but from now on I'll always see the UD graph too, thanks for adding that to the demo! :)
I think we should check out a few examples of "X -nmod> Y -case> Z" to see whether we could handle it just like "X -obl> Y -case> Z"
