Android 9.0未安装微博客户端时webview输入账号密码点击登录后部分手机上不会自动回退到app，而是在webview中跳转到redirect URI指定的web页面

有的手机会这样，有的不会，是啥情况
有异常的手机型号例如华为麦芒8
