Simple explanation to set up capturing application window?

Apologies if I'm not tech savvy enough to decipher the documentation here, but I'm having trouble setting this program up (Win 10, 64-bit). I installed it, and I can see it as a virtual Webcam input in Zoom but not in Skype. However, it's displaying my entire screen, so if I go in Zoom, then it's just infinite Zoom windows. Did we figure out a way to display a particular application window like #67 was requesting? (specifically if that application is NOT the active window?)

Would greatly appreciate if someone could walk me through the setup :)

Basically you discover its "window handle" then set a registry value to that handle...value. It's not easy but is possible
