FYI, I made a non-compliant proof of concept a while back, which read in CSVW + the JSON-LD definitions, and then serialized it back into the HTML DOM in JSON-LD triple form -- http://danbri.org/2016/browserdemo/helloworld.html

(this is a publication mechanism somewhat understood by Google, fwiw)
