The latest develop of N3.js is now RDF.js-compatible (rdfjs/N3.js#118). This should considerable simplify this library, and hopefully even obsolete it.
The only feature request I guess could be that you could inject the rdf-ext DataFactory (since N3.js would use its own DataFactory).
