I’ve been using meqtrees from the command line and found that Compile.compile_file() does not work as expected, i.e.. does not seem to recompile (even in the example script run_pipeline_test.py ), so in order to loop over params I have instead had to exit meqtrees each time and re-write the config file. It is working now in this workaround, but I wondered if this is a bug. Thanks
