The wiring of the PIR between VCC and Gnd is reverse (in my case and after I googled for the pin position)
I was not paying attention enough that the label was put under the Fresnel Lens and put the wiring wrong and believe it was the PIR that was faulty.
It was my fault but the absence of legend in the visualisation is a bit confusing.
