Guide Refers to old 'raspicam' apps instead of new 'libcamera' ones.

Hi, I believe this guide no longer works in the newest OS -- libcamera-hello and libcamera-video are installed but the ''raspicam'' stack is not installed in a new raspberry pi 4 with noobs.

I had to follow instructions here:
https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentation/computers/camera_software.html#video-command-line-options

in lieu of these steps. I believe that in the 64-bit version of the noobs/Raspberry pi os, the legacy raspicam apps are not supported.
