When i follow the link i get this form:
The last two options i don't know what to choose.

Here i Selected this and a Json file is downloaded is it ok?

I have Client id on the file but i have'nt Google Client Secret. Is one of this the client secret?

I am having the same issue. Google is issuing a Service Account instead of an OAuth 2.0 Client ID.
