Suggestion timer feature #11

Hello

Thank you for what you did already

I think it would be nice to (1) be able to set the duration of the timer after removing from blacklist (looks like it's 15 secs by default)

(2) And the possibility to blacklist for let's say 1h, 3h, 6h before it removes itself from blacklist.

That's it!
