Leaving with a custom weapon crashes the server

I am unsure if this is a VScript bug or a Rafmod bug, but whenever i disconnect from a server with an attached think, the server crashes.

-The script/think is applied via point template spawned through a custom weapon
-the custom weapon has a custom model
-the weapon is equipped via ExtraLoadoutItems
